The incumbent is a senior nurse who is able to offer assistance to clinical divisions and be a human/management resource especially out of business hours. All interactions with staff, patients and relatives is guided by the organizations values of wisdom, courage and compassion.About YouRegistered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with current registration.Advanced Life Support qualificationMinimum of 6 years clinical experience in a variety of clinical areas.Relevant post graduate human resource management or leadership / management qualification,Experience planning and delivering high-quality communications through a variety of channels on time,Advanced understanding and knowledge of clinical nursing and clinical risk managementUnderstanding and familiarity of NSQHS StandardsPost graduate clinical qualifications is desirablePlease click here to view Position Description.About UsPortland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
