And were growing fast.What Youll DoStrategy & Customer LeadershipBe the primary technical advisor for key clients, across a broad range of industriesDevelop a deep understanding of our client''s business and their existing technologyConduct regular business reviews and technology assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovationMaintain IT roadmaps and strategic plansProvide guidance on cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and digital transformationRepresent VISITS in client steering committees, executive meetings and planning sessionsSupport the sales team with technical input for proposalsTechnical OversightLead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure and cloud solutionsDelegate to internal technical teams while staying accountable for outcomesImplement complex technical projects when requiredAct as senior escalation point for complex issuesWhat Youll BringAt least 6+ years experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a senior MSP roleTechnically, you will have extensive experience and consider yourself an expert in the design, implementation and management of technologies including:Mandatory:Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePointMicrosoft AzureMany of the following:Microsoft Intune including AutopilotAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Windows ServersAzure AD / ADServer hardware, storage and virtualisation (Dell, VMWare, HyperV etc).Networks and firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Sophos, Dell etc).Cyber security tools and frameworks.Professionally, you''re a strong communicator, collaborative team player, who has a strategic mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.Strong business acumen and presentation skills - confident presenting to C-level executives.Able to influence, advise, and build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholdersYou''ll Fit in if you.......Want to help businesses make smarter technology decisionsCan manage multiple clients without dropping the ballEnjoy a mix of autonomy, team collaboration, and responsibilityAre happy to mentor junior engineers and shape technical outcomesStay curious, current, and customer-focusedWhy VISITS?We value our staff and offer competitive salaries and plenty of employee-focussed benefits.
