With a strong pipeline of apartment builds underway, were looking for a highly capable Site Manager with a strong background in structural delivery to take the lead on complex projects.What Youll Be Doing: As the Site Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of mid-rise apartment projects from basement - structure through to finish. Youll ensure that safety, quality, and program targets are met, while managing subcontractors and leading a committed site team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site activity from groundworks through to completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradesEnsure compliance with OH&S standards and company safety systemsMonitor program milestones and ensure timely deliveryMaintain detailed site records, reports, and daily updatesWork closely with the Project Manager and Contracts teamLead site meetings and communicate clearly with stakeholdersWhat You Bring:Proven experience as a Site Manager in apartment or mixed-use constructionCertificate or Diploma in ConstructionStrong knowledge of structure (concrete, steel, framing systems)Previous involvement in delivering multi-level builds $10M-$40M+Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a site teamSound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and OH&S requirementsCarpentry or trade background (preferred)Why Join:Work with a dynamic team delivering some of Melbournes most striking commercial & multi-residential buildingsLong-term opportunity with a stable pipeline of upcoming projectsSupportive leadership and strong site systemsInner-city project locationsCompetitive remunerationApplicants:Apply today or contact Monique on 0468 996 935 for a confidential discussion.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
