We''re looking for an Assistant Commercial Analyst to join our Finance Portfolio and help drive data-informed decision-making across eHealth NSW.As Assistant Commercial Analyst of our Technology Business Management team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through supporting the design and implementation of solutions thats related to technology costs, services and performance.What You Will DoManage and update the data structure and taxonomy in the TBM SaaS platform to ensure accuracy and consistency.Analyse IT cost, performance, and usage data to uncover insightssupport the preparation of reports, dashboards, and forecasts for internal stakeholdersMaintain the TBMO SharePoint site with up-to-date contentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capability to deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency and minimise errors.About YouStrong background in data or business analytics with skills in interpreting and visualising complex data.Skilled in Power BI, Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.Experience with TBM frameworks, principles, or tools (e.g., Apptio, Nicus, ServiceNow TBM).Educational background in Information technology and system administration.Knowledge of ITSM, cloud cost management, or enterprise architecture.Need more information?Find out how we hire at eHealth NSWCheck out our diversity and inclusion commitmentLearn more about us at eHealth NSWOur people are at the heart of who we are.
