You will oversee Finance and Payroll functions, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and integration across systems and processes.What Youll Do Developing and executing financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making. Leading Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems. Providing financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support for tenders, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives. Building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development. Engaging with stakeholders, presenting financial reports, and representing the company with external partners and auditors.To Thrive In This Position, You''ll NeedChartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualificationMinimum 8 Years Experience In Senior Finance Leadership Roles Background in retail, travel, or consumer goods sectors preferredStrong commercial acumen and strategic financial planning skillsExpertise in financial modelling, analysis, and complianceDeep understanding of people-focused operations, including Payroll Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrategic thinker with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindsetPerks & Benefits Hybrid Working - Enjoy the flexibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office each week.
