As a member of the Senior Executive, the Head of Junior School will provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the schools vision and values. The Head of Junior School will foster close collaboration with other senior leaders to contribute to whole-school planning, policy development, and continuous improvement.Member of the Senior Executive Leadership TeamCommencing 2026 (or earlier as negotiated)The successful applicant will have:Appropriate teaching qualifications and experience and (or be working towards) post graduate qualifications in education or leadership.Accreditation to teach with NSW NESA (or exemption from pre-2004) at Step 2.5.Demonstrated high level competency in the domains of leadership outlined in the role description.Exceptional staff management and interpersonal skills with proven experience in leading highly motivated and collaborative teamsA proven capacity to understand, engage and motivate staff, especially in consultation on growth and capacity planning.Demonstrated ability to document, implement and monitor long and short-term strategic goals and plans.Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines.
