Youll bring your team along that path with patience, clarity, and respect.PositionAs CFO, you will be a key strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, with accountability for:Providing financial stewardship and insight to drive organisational performanceLeading regulatory compliance as an APRA Responsible Person and FAR Accountable PersonDelivering transformation in finance systems, processes, and analyticsDriving operational excellence across finance, investments, and business partneringCoaching and mentoring a capable finance team to high performanceProfileCA/CPA qualified with deep accounting expertise and knowledge of AASB 17 as well as strong knowledge of insurance financials, APRA reporting, and investment governance.A clear, inclusive leadership style with proven experience delivering strategic financial insights to Boards and CEOs.
