Consultant Psychiatrist - Community CYMHS (AO-NS-CConsPsych166) Sydney, AustraliaSalary: competitive salary + relocation packageGlobal Medics is partnering with the Northern Sydney Local Health District to recruit a Staff Specialist/Consultant Psychiatrist in a Community Child Youth Mental Health Service.The role is based 40 minutes north of Sydney, with excellent connections to the CBD and beautiful Sydney beaches, including Bondi and Manly.Key responsibilities:Provide direct clinical services to children and young people requiring mental health support, according to specific models of care with each specialist team (community child & adolescent, child and adolescent assertive outreach, and youth early psychosis).Attend clinical management meetings, case reviews, and other relevant meetings concerning the mental health of children and young people.Collaborate closely with the Sector Director and NSLHD CYMHS Clinical Director to ensure coordinated mental health services for children, young people, and families.Offer clinical consultation to CYMHS staff.Participate in the psychiatrist on-call roster for NSLHD CYMHS as required.Respect the rights of individuals with mental health issues.Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.For UK applicants: Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) under any RCPsych curriculum from August 2007 to present, following satisfactory completion of approved psychiatry training in the UK.For international applicants: Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.Demonstrated clinical skills and experience in adult mental health.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:Work-life balanceRelocation assistance, including temporary accommodation and up to $10,000 AUDPlease include your full name, contact details, and CV/Resume in your application.Contact:Email: (Your Email)Phone: (Your Phone Number) (include country code)Eligibility:Yes, I am currently eligible to work in Australia (work permit/visa/citizenship).No, I am not currently eligible to work in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
