This is an in-person, on-location, in-studio position.*Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated Support/Community Assistant to play a key role in the studio.Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.Work with the production and QA teams to create community engagement and provide technical support to our users all around the world. Your role will be critical in building and maintaining a vibrant online community while listening to and passing the concerns of the community back to the team.The core areas of focus for this role are:Responding to queries, complaints, support tickets and customer reviews on digital platforms such as Steam.Streamlining and updating the support site to increase productivity.Work together with the Live Operations team to identify and communicate areas of our titles that are the most talked about.Fostering a positive environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.RequirementsWe are looking for someone with:Technical Support backgroundCommunity engagement experienceExcellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.You also need to be:Flexible and open-minded.Determined and self-motivated.Prepared to rise to a challenge.Always striving for quality.Creative and innovative.The Company:Big Ant Studios is one of the oldest and largest game developers in Australia.
