You MUST be available and flexible to work day and night shifts. This growth has created new roles within our WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a response role with a reputable organisation on a permanent basis in the Mining Security Portfolio.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLOCAL RESIDENTS ONLYPermanent fulltime positions Drive in / Drive outLifestyle roster 7 days on / 7days offPrevious experience in a similar role essentialHighly safety and security focused, with the ability to think on the go5 weeks annual leaveAbove award salary $90000 p/aMonitoring site activity, identifying irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrencesRespond to incidents in a calm and confident mannerExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenExceptional reporting skillsA high level of personal presentation and conductThe ability to work in a teamThe ability to comply with all policies and proceduresWho We Are Looking ForExperienced guards with a minimum of 2 years in a similar roleCurrent and valid WA Security licenceCurrent and valid WA C Class Driver''s licenceMust hold current valid First Aid and CPRAbility to walk and stand and sit for long periods of timeExcellent and proven Computer and Administration SkillsFull, unlimited right-to-work in AustraliaMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testCommitment to workday and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shiftsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
