Due to recent growth we are building a new workforce for Western Sydney and are seeking motivated and experienced Aviation Security Officers, Control Room Operators and Supervisors for a ranger of roles at our aviation sites, including:Foot and Vehicle PatrolsGatehouse Access ControlControl Room OperatorsDuty Shift Supervisors / ManagersThese positions are available across a 24/7 rotating roster (day, night, weekend shifts), with flexibility for full-time or casual availability.Candidates with current or prior experience in airport security operations are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform patrols of terminal, perimeter, and airside/landside locationsControl and monitor access points in accordance with airport security protocols and stringent regulatory requirementsOperate surveillance, alarm, and communications systems from the control roomConduct ID and vehicle checks at gates and other critical pointsRespond to security incidents and escalate as required under SOPsMaintain accurate logs, incident reports, and compliance documentationCollaborate with airport stakeholders, law enforcement, and emergency services.Skills and Experience:Minimum 12 years of experience in aviation security or airport operationsStrong understanding of airport security protocols and regulatory complianceHigh level of professionalism, observation skills, and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions calmly and professionallyAbility to follow procedures under pressure and in dynamic environmentsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedQualifications:NSW Security Licence (1A minimum)ASIC (preferred) or eligibility to obtainCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationCertificate II in Security OperationsDrivers Licence (vehicle patrol roles)Control Room/CCTV certification (preferred for control room roles)Willingness to undertake further qualifications (paid training available)Clean national police check and ability to pass drug and alcohol screeningHow to apply:ACESGroup is an Equal Opportunity Employer, where diversity is valued.
