This role provides a high level of customer service and support to partners and employees within the firm.This is a great entry-level role for someone looking for a career in a law firm.You will be involved in:Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail;Coordinating and processing outgoing mail;Attending to court filing;Assisting in setting up for firm events and seminars when needed;Daily banking;Cleaning of kitchens;Backing up Reception and Switchboard; andDelivering legal documents to Chambers and the Courts.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:Qualification in either a business or legal administration course;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Team player with a flexible approach;Reliable with a ''can do'' attitude and proactive approach;Ability to work under pressure during peak times; andAbout usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
