You will be on the frontline providing towing assistance while creating memorable member experiences.A day in the life of includes:Responding to road service calls, loading, transporting and unloading vehicles. Doing so inin a professional manner while adhering to all road rules.Helping to represent the NRMA brand by understanding the needs of the customer and demonstrating customer-first service solutions.Utilising your towing and transportation expertise to analyse the vehicle breakdown position and identify the most appropriate action to recover, secure and transport the vehicle according with safety standards and tow truck regulations.Ensure clear and appropriate communication with members, ensuring member safety and excellent customer service at all stages during the recovery process.Maintain tools, uniforms and equipment so that presentation is kept to a high standard and in a serviceable condition.Actively contribute to working groups, toolbox talks, trials and committees to enhance operations.Check out a video of the day in the life of an NRMA towie below!What You''ll BringA full valid NSW Medium Rigid Drivers License (or higher)A valid Tow Truck Drivers Certificate or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement.
