As our Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot. You will interact daily with drivers, visitors, and customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their safety. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, managing paperwork for pickups and deliveries and assisting with ensuring deliveries are not missed.This is a permanent full-time position, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.What Youll Do:Customer Service Excellence: Greet drivers, visitors, and customers with a friendly, efficient approach while providing essential site safety instructions.Document Accuracy: Review and process paperwork like Connotes, Delivery Sheets, and Proof of Delivery (PODs) to ensure they are accurate and complete.Data Management: Enter and balance data accurately in our systems and ensure compliance with all tracking and measurement requirements.Safety & Compliance: Verify dangerous goods paperwork and ensure all procedures are followed for private and pre-paid customers.Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between debriefing and fleet control teams, and work with Client Services, Sales/Account Management to ensure smooth operations.What Were Looking For:Attention to Detail: Ability to review documents meticulously and rectify any discrepancies promptly.Safety Focus: High levels of focus and commitment to Health and Safety practicesCustomer Service: A proactive, customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
