This role blends the art of technical leadership with Agile facilitation to deliver exceptional software solutions.Purpose of the RoleAs a hybrid leader, you will provide mentorship and uphold exceptional code quality standards while driving delivery across the development team. Your hands-on expertise in .NET Core, React, and Azure will shape the production of scalable, high-quality software and foster Agile best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesScrum & Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing Agile team of developers and QA analysts, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on architecture and coding standards while conducting code reviews that ensure security, performance, and maintainability.Hands-On Development: Develop and maintain robust backend services using .NET Core, and build responsive frontends with React.js.Cloud Management: Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services, and support CI/CD workflows to enhance deployment efficiency.Innovation: Research and experiment with AI technologies to introduce intelligent features into the product.Selection CriteriaThe ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer within .NET Core and React environments.A track record in leading Agile teams and effectively facilitating Scrum ceremonies.Strong understanding of Git workflows, code review processes, and software quality practices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure environments.Excellent communication skills to lead teams across different time zones and cultures.A balance between hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.Nice to HaveExperience working in distributed or remote teams.Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core and clean backend development.Solid experience with React.js and frontend frameworks.Understanding of microservices architecture and database design.Hands-on experience with Azure services and deployments.Experience in building new products or startup-scale systems.Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs) is a bonus.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for leading teams and developing innovative technologies, apply now to embark on an exciting journey with our clients dynamic team!Balance Recruitment is committed to equal opportunity employment.
