Claims Consultant - 6 Month Contract We seek a motivated individual to manage and support claims end-to-end, providing exceptional customer service through proactive claims management. What are your accountabilities? Process all claims within your delegated authority; Meet or exceed claim deadlines as per our service level agreements; Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and codes; Provide exceptional customer service to clients. About you Minimum 1 year experience in managing claims; Customer service and claims handling experience (essential); Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work independently and in a team; Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
