We advise clients on their transaction strategy and support them on due diligence and transition execution.We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team within our Financial Services Practice in our Sydney Office.Your key responsibilitiesManage the delivery of operational due diligence, post-merger integrations and separation / carve-out engagements.Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.Apply your project management skills in an M&A process and develop a project plan for pre-deal, integration or separation.Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and support to mitigate key risks and issues.Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the client organisation.Develop effective client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.Develop client deliverables in a fast-paced environment and conduct presentations to clients.What were looking forExperience in professional services, management consulting, M&A or related corporate experience.Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus.Apply now were ready to welcome yours.Important Notice: End of Year Office ClosureThank you for your interest in career opportunities at EY.
