We bring brands to life!ROLE IN A NUTSHELLWe are seeking a detail-oriented Group Leasing Administrator to oversee the lease administration function across all Brand Collective subsidiaries. In this role, you will ensure that lease documentation, including leases, agreements for lease, assignments, variations, and licenses, accurately reflects agreed commercial terms and conforms to standard landlord templates where applicable. Where no standard form exists, you will review and negotiate terms in line with company policies and relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our property database (Lease Eagle) and overseeing monthly rent payments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across our property portfolio.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGManaging Agreement to Lease and Lease review, negotiation and documentation processPreparing lease summaries and arranging director execution of documentationEnsuring the property database (Lease Eagle) is accurately maintainedThe provision of administrative support for all leasing issues and requirementsManaging all Lease Administration related communicationsPreparing and distribute ad-hoc reports (e.g., lease renewal, Lease Register) via Lease EagleMarking-up ITL/Heads of Agreement documents and request amendments where necessaryMonitoring progress of leasing matters and proactively follow up with customers as required to ensure all pre-trade requirements are met in a timely manner (i.e., bank guarantees and certificates of currency of insurance)Ensuring fitout contributions are invoiced and received in a timely mannerCo-ordinating advance rent and insurances for new stores and ensuring the master insurance register is accurately maintained.Uploading and reporting monthly sales figuresReviewing and approving the monthly rent rollAssisting with preparing annual property budgetsABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will come with:Minimum five years experience in lease administration and retail property teamsRelevant tertiary qualifications in law or contract administration.
