Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWere partnering with a highly respected and design-driven architecture studio, currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Project Leader to join their team.Reporting directly to a Studio Director, this role offers the chance to work on and deliver high-quality, innovative architecture projects. Our client if you choose, is also offering the potential to step into a more senior future role.Our clientis expanding due to a strong pipeline of project wins. The ideal candidate will have a local Architecture background, and a good track record of delivering significant projects, ideally Multi-Residential or Mixed-Use.Your duties as Project Leader will include but are not limited to:Leading projects primarily from DA to Delivery.Guiding the internal project team.Overseeing Construction documentation and revisions (REVIT).Working directly with the Client, enriching client relationships.Running client and site meetings.Coordinating with Contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.Ensuring compliance standards are being met throughout the build process.Monitoring project budgets, resourcing and timelines.Undertake Defect checks and project signoff.The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering quality project outcomes.Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:Tertiary qualification in ArchitectureAustralian Registered Architect - PreferredSolid understanding of RevitMinimum of 8+ years of post-graduation, local Australian studio experience - EssentialSound knowledge of Australian building codes and standardsProven ability to problem-solve and deliver well-resolved architectural solutionsMust be an Australian or NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident EssentialPerksOur client offers a welcoming and inclusive work culture, a modern open-plan office, formal staff training and development, a healthy work-life balance for all staff,a strong focus on team collaboration, and the opportunity to advance into more senior roles!This is a permanent, full-time position based in the studio or site 5-days a week.AUSTRALIAN/NZ CITIZENS or PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY NEED APPLY.Interested?To Apply for this role pleasepress apply now.Have questions first?
