You can also connect with one ofour internal diversity streams for additional support.About thisopportunity:We are looking for an ICT Systems Administrator tojoin our ICT Services team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsible for the maintenance,configuration, reliable operation and uptime of server and systemsinfrastructure, this role will involve administration and support of Microsoft365 products including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive andhybrid Microsoft environments.The ICT Systems Administrator will be responsible for themonitoring, maintenance and upgrading of systems to ensure the environment issecured and patched. This includes, but is not limited to, vulnerabilitymanagement, patch management, system upgrades, backups and monitoring of systemperformance. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software errors byrunning diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritisingproblems and assessing impact of issues.The ICT Systems Administrator will lead andmentor the ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer and assist all other ICTServices teams by following support ticket escalation paths, actioning relevantincidents and completing other tasks as directed by the ICT management.
