Your responsibilities include building strong relationships, enhancing brand presence, and executing sales strategies to provide healthy, convenient options for Australians on the go. Key responsibilities include:Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the P&C channel, ensuring excellent service and identifying growth opportunities.Category Leadership: Oversee the performance of our health food and snacking range within the P&C environment, ensuring alignment with channel strategies and customer needs.Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, distribution, and market share across Australia.Promotional Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the P&C environment.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and innovation teams to support customer success.Reporting: Provide forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youWe seek a candidate with solid National Account Management experience, preferably with knowledge of the Petrol and Convenience retail landscape in Australia. You should possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategic plans aligned with business goals.Deep understanding of category management, sales forecasting, and retail data analysis to optimize account performance.Ability to identify growth opportunities, enhance product placement, and execute promotional activities.Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with key retail accounts.Excellent presentation skills for strategic reviews and proposals.Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.Experience managing budgets and making data-driven decisions for business growth.Knowledge of trade spend management and financial forecasting.Negotiation and selling skills with excellent communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
