The opportunity to join our team We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Financial Planning Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the wealth management activities of the business. In this client-facing role, youll work closely with the Private Wealth Advisers (PWAs) to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests. This role includes administrative support for the PWAs, such as scheduling client meetings, diary management, preparing documents for client reviews, maintaining client records, and other general administrative tasks. Additionally, youll liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames. If you find this role appealing, wed love to hear from you. What we are looking for in a successful candidate Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or a related industry. If you have completed or are studying relevant qualifications such as Business/Commerce, Diploma of Financial Planning, and/or RG146 Compliance, it would strengthen your application. You should be hardworking, resilient, and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with XPLAN software is a bonus. A focus on excellent client service and strong attention to detail are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
