You will be managing a team of 10-15 employment lawyers defending client claims, with a focus on unfair dismissal, general protection claims, sexual harassment, bullying, age discrimination and under payment claims.Reporting to the Director of Legal Services, your ability to lead, influence and motivate others will be second nature as is your positive approach to a busy workload and strong team ethic.While the culture is high performing you will also enjoy a genuine work/life balance.
