As part of the wider operations management team, you will bring your well-developed leadership skills and be passionate about managing performance. The role will include managing customer service during regular operations, planned shutdowns, unplanned disruption and for people using light rail to travel to special events. Youll also manage fare compliance activities, including deployments, technology issues and maintaining awareness of trend and emerging issues.What You BringYoull thrive in a dynamic environment where youll split your time across three depots (Randwick, Pyrmont and Camellia) and also enjoy being hands-on and on the ground with the teams you manage. The role will require attendance at special events approximately once per month, to maintain a connection to service delivery and support teams on the ground. We are looking for someone passionate about all aspects of customer experience, from regular commuting, to minimizing the impact of disruptions and to making the light rail a special part of special events.
