Leapfrogger is on the hunt for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media Manager to join our Studio team. This is a hands-on role where youll help bring brand strategies to life through social-first content that connects, converts, and builds community. Youll work across a diverse mix of clients and industries, helping to shape content that performs not just looks good. From planning and publishing to community engagement and campaign execution, youll be a key player in delivering results-driven social media experiences.Role OverviewROLE TITLE: Social Media ManagerJOB TYPE: Full Time (4 Days Office / 1 Day at home)About You:Youre a digital native with a passion for social media, storytelling, and culture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with creatives, strategists, and clients. Youre organised, proactive, and confident in your communication whether youre briefing a creator, responding to a DM, or presenting a content calendar. Youre always on the lookout for trends and love finding ways to help brands show up in timely, relevant ways. Youre not afraid to take initiative and own your projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and schedule engaging social content across multiple platforms and clientsLead the day-to-day execution of social media content calendarsCollaborate on campaign ideation and contribute creative thinking to content planningManage social competitions and localised content from concept to reportingHandle community engagement respond to comments, manage DMs, and identify proactive brand opportunitiesCommunicate directly with clients for content approvals and community management updatesAssist with UGC creator discovery, briefing, and partnership coordinationMonitor social trends and identify ways brands can tap into cultural momentsWork closely with designers, strategists, and editors to bring content to lifeTrack content performance and contribute insights for internal and client reportingKey Attributes12 years of experience in a social media or content-focused role (agency or in-house)A passion for digital culture and social-first creativityOrganised and detail-oriented with strong time management skillsConfident communicator and team collaboratorProactive problem solver who takes initiativeFamiliarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Sprout Social, Later, or similarBonus: experience with influencer/UGC collaborations or community buildingWhat We OfferA competitive salary packageA vibrant, energetic and experienced team who wear their passion on their sleevesAn office in Oakleigh that offers a great work/life balanceWe are a proud values-based organisation and encourage applicants who share the same behaviours and attitudes as us.
