The role involves working with consultants, legal teams, and contractors, ensuring contractual compliance, risk management, and successful execution of agreements.The Contract Manager will play a key role in developing and negotiating large-scale contracts (e.g., EPC contracts for solar and battery projects) while also handling multiple smaller contracts that are already in place. This role sits across the wider business, providing support across different teams and projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Contract Origination & ProcurementLead and support the development, negotiation, and execution of large-scale contracts, such as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) agreements.Work closely with engineering, finance, and legal teams to structure contracts that align with project goals and risk management strategies.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract law, and industry best practices.2.
