This position is based at Voyages Corporate Office, Sydney. Our Sydney-based Reservations team supports people to make a trip of a lifetime to the heart of Australia. We provide support to trade travel partners, assisting with bookings and inquiries via phone, email, or chat. We help trade partners with arrangements for guests visiting central Australia. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing group reservations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and meeting trade partner requirements, including delivering superior customer service via inbound and outbound calls and emails. Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling. Completing administrative processes supporting reservations and service issues. Qualifications and skills required: 2-3 years'' experience in Group Reservations or a similar customer service role within hotels, front office, or travel. Opera Cloud experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong understanding of hotels, resorts, and their services. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
