Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.As the Manager Regulatory Operations Risk, you will join the dynamic Global Regulatory Operations (GRO) team, and play a pivotal role in overseeing G20 OTC Derivatives Reforms and MiFID obligations, helping to shape how we track and manage regulatory and operational risks across multiple jurisdictions.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Lead effective risk management, developing and monitoring key metrics to ensure robust oversight of regulatory and operational risks.Oversee the control environment, keeping processes current and proactively identifying and addressing control weaknesses.Track the capture and completion of planned remediation activities via NAB''s Risk & Compliance system, GRACE.Coordinate responses to Regulator and Internal Audit queries and requests for information on behalf of the GRO team.Help support the GRO team in complying with NAB''s policies, procedures and standards.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Previous experience in risk management, supporting Global Markets businesses in the wholesale trading environment is preferred.Strong understanding of obligations and regulatory expectations for multi-jurisdictional OTC derivatives businesses with emphasis on reporting.Demonstrated experience in implementing regulatory arrangements within financial services and/or banking will be highly regarded.Leadership experience with strong stakeholder engagement.Exceptional organisational, communication and analytical skills.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
