Connecting capabilities for a truly inciting customer experience.The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of retail experience projects, including print, digital, physical store fit-outs, small builds merchandising, ensuring all work is aligned with the direction of our client.You will manage and coordinate the delivery of client briefs, through creative development to client presentation within the retail and experiential space.What youll be doingManage development and execution of campaign plans, timelines and project plansDevelop and build strong relationships with existing clients, new clients and key partners Work with the Senior Account Director across client briefs through the creative process and managing client feedbackCoordinate projects with local and offshore vendors and internal resources to guarantee on-time and cost- effective delivery of outputsLiaise with project management team and assist in reporting and POD collation for nationwide executionCompile creative work into agency template for client presentationsManage the process of compiling creative work to ensure work is inspirational, consistent and exceeds clients expectationsAbout You2-4+ years experience within retail and experientialMust have demonstrated experience within an agency environmentAble to manage project resources and key stakeholdersExperience in managing deadlines and time estimatesExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsHighly organisedAn active listenerLife at CheilAt Cheil, we truly value our people and promote a healthy, collaborative and supportive culture.
