This includes but is not limited to pH meters, tablet hardness tester, balances, and viscometer.Ensure compliance of script with in-house 15-point checklist.Review the script to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before compounding commences.Maintain established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazard chemicals.Ensure status cards for critical equipment are in order and kept up to date.Cleaning and maintenance procedures for equipment are followed and documented.
