Join to apply for the Central Hub Team Leader role at DHL eCommerce3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Central Hub Team Leader role at DHL eCommerceWe are currently seeking a Hub Team Leader to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!The Hub Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers through effective management of all inbound operations at the Depot.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service ManagementMaintain good working relationshipsCo-ordination, discussion and communicationAssist to keep performance and meet targetProblem shooting and ImprovementStakeholder ManagementManage parcel inbound and outbound process.Planning in sortation process and manpower.Identifying and resolving problems in timely manners.Assigning tasks and role play to staffs and part timer daily.Ensure adherence to the operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined for Hub operationsConduct daily staff briefings, including communication regarding any operational changes and etc.Optimize efficiency of line production by monitoring productivity and qualityEnsure all the shipment is safe, timely and dispatch on time to the Depot.Handle all exception cases and communicate the same to Depot and Customer Services for resolutionEnsure safe handling of all shipments at the Hub and report any damaged cases to the CS.Special Request handling as appropriatedKeep and organize working documents in tidiness and easy to useEnsure safe and secure workplace and environment.Developing, educating and training staff.Team ManagementProvide direction, guidance and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectivelyMotivate, train, coach and support new and existing employees to deliver high service level to customersDesired Skills / Qualifications2 3 years operations experience, preferably within warehousing or logistics industryGood knowledge of courier / express shipment managementPeople management experience as a team leader or supervisorMinimum Educational QualificationMinimum SPM/high school certification.Seniority levelSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeEmployment typePart-timeJob functionJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesTruck TransportationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at DHL eCommerce by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Team Lead roles.Team Lead, Customer Support | TNG DigitalWP.
