This is more than an operational roleits an opportunity to shape and elevate care delivery in a large-scale, complex, and person-centred aged care environment.You will lead a multidisciplinary team across residential and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, and compliant care that reflects the values and expectations of residents, families, and regulators alike. This role demands strong strategic oversight, a deep understanding of aged care operations, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.What Youll Be DoingAs a key member of the sites leadership team, you will:Lead complex care operations across residential and clinical services with a clear focus on strategic priorities and resident outcomes.Drive operational performance, including resource management, workforce planning, and process efficiency.Build and lead high-performing, interdisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.Ensure compliance with aged care standards and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, including residents, families, staff, and external providers, navigating challenges with empathy and clarity.Champion a resident-first philosophy, driving innovation in service delivery and embedding dignity and compassion at every level.About YouYou are a confident and experienced leader with a strong background in aged care, community or home care, and a passion for improving the lives of older people.
