The team collaborates with institutions and financial advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions.Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions, the Regional Director, Consultants, partners with advisory consultants, research houses, and sales teams to develop new opportunities, maintain relationships, and enhance fund ratings. The role involves working closely with various teams within Dimensional Australia to win and retain business and improve ratings.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with advisory consultants and research houses.Implement business development plans for the advisory community.Build deep partnerships to elevate Dimensionals reputation.Collaborate with sales channels to create and close opportunities.Maintain and improve ratings with research houses and support new fund launches.Provide feedback on strategies and trends to leadership and teams.Lead technical investment discussions with sophisticated audiences.Gain knowledge of advice processes and Dimensionals offerings.Contribute to positioning, communication, and innovative solutions.Act as a trusted advisor and mentor less experienced team members.QualificationsBachelors Degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in asset management, consulting, or research.Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying technical investment concepts.Practical knowledge of the Australian advice, research, and consulting landscape.Ability to manage priorities in a team environment within a high-paced role.Strong commitment to Dimensionals investment philosophy.Motivated to deepen relationships with consultants and research houses.Solid technological and analytical skills.High integrity and ethical standards.Proven success record and initiative.Dimensional offers comprehensive benefits, educational programs, and cultural initiatives to support employees and their families.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in all employment practices.Similar Jobs (1)Regional Director, WealthAt Dimensional, we aim to reshape investment perspectives.
