This leadership position will shape the future of the BWH portfolio and ensure the high quality behavioural mental health clinical services which are preventative and responsive to mitigate against workplace psychosocial hazards and strengthen workforce wellbeing to a broad range of high risk workforces in health, justice, courts and government sectors.In this diverse and exciting new position, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in ongoing service delivery, clinical governance, risk management, and financial performance. Manage multidisciplinary teams and support line managers, oversee contract compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across all service agreements and involvement in tender preparation and delivery.
