The role: can independently execute full-service analysis to inform a comprehensive suite of advisory offerings, including: Portfolio positioning Communications testing New brand development Target market identification Visual identity strategy Category deep dives and U&As Customer journey mapping Occasion and need state mapping Innovation platform development and screening About you: You have extensive experience running primary qualitative and quantitative and secondary analysis projects You have specialist behaviour change training (in at least one domain of the behavioural sciences) You are well-versed in a range of research techniques and study types You have a strong track record of working with financial services, health, FMCG and retail clients, to ASX top 10 and global top 100 level You are a confident account leader. Including, you are able to build and nurture positive relationships with clients, your team, partner agencies and suppliers ideally with a track record of true executive level client management You enjoy mentoring juniors, have a demonstrable track record of developing junior team members
