Are you passionate about innovation, precision and seamless operations?Come and join Easygo as our next Payments Operations Manager!What''s in it for you?Join our fast-growing Payments team, where the Payments Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of our payment systems while also ensuring that the operations are running smoothly and efficiently.Youll get the opportunity to manage the current Payments Operations team, who are responsible for monitoring the performance of payment systems, handling escalations, and ensuring that settlements are accurately processed and funds are properly managed.Your role with us: The ideal candidate will showcase elements of leadership and best practice with a focus on managing internal and external escalations to resolve payment issues quickly and efficiently, minimising impact to the business or customers.
