Wed like to be part of it and for you to be part of ours.We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate join our Projects & Government Commercial team working with Partner, Alice Chen inour Sydney office.About the work and the teamWork on confidential, high profile and complex projectsalongside an industry-leading partner who will invest in your growth, development, and technical ability, providing support and mentoring for career progression.Assist high-profile clients, including Commonwealth and State Government, on major infrastructure projects around Australia, providing strategic advice on project structuring and delivery.Hands on project experience in drafting and reviewing procurement and contract documents, support during procurement phase (including presentation at workshops and briefings), negotiating contracts and managing contract administration.Be part of a cohesive and collaborative teamwith genuine career progression, development, and flexibility, with opportunities to work closely with clients and stakeholders.About you2-4+ years'' experience, with desirable experience in procurement and contracting, construction, projects, and infrastructure.
