The ideal candidate should be a highly driven team member capable of providing high-level support across various areas, including:The RoleThis position provides vital support to EWF and the business services team.Your Duties Will Include, but Are Not Limited To:Managing daily customer service communications via in-person, phone, and email with excellent communication skills and manners.Liaising with Sales Consultants, Installers, the Orders Department, and Suppliers to discuss matters and find solutions.Processing warranty claims for customers.Reporting to the Customer Service & Office Manager.Monitoring customer service cases to ensure timely resolution.Assessing customer service cases and managing resolutions promptly.Processing and initiating service requests for warranty claims.Assisting with answering inbound calls, fielding, and transferring calls as needed.Providing high-level secretarial, customer service, data entry, and administrative support.Maintaining all customer and client records.Responding to enquiries and queries.Managing incoming leads and coordinating the sales teams daily schedule while maintaining excellent customer service.Arranging client appointments and scheduling work.Cross-checking notices of assessment within EWF.Performing general reporting duties.Providing help desk support for staff and clients.Essential Attributes for the EWF Allrounder Administration OfficerExcellent team player.Flexible and adaptable to various tasks.Strong communication and computer skills.High attention to detail.Proactive with a commitment to excellent customer service.Positive attitude and professional presentation.Strong work ethic and enthusiasm.Skills and Experience RequiredExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Positive, energetic work ethic.Strong customer service and administrative experience.Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in administrative and computer skills.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package.Location in Beverly Hills close to public transport, cafes, and shops.Friendly culture with team events throughout the year.Access to excellent resources, training, and ongoing support.If you are ready to take on this role, we would love to hear from you.
