APM is seeking a Business Development Manager to foster and maintain employer relationships within our Workforce Australia program, aiming to place participants into sustainable employment.This role will be based in Darwin, NT.Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM?Experience in the Employment Services sector is not mandatory but highly valued. If you are self-motivated, eager to succeed, and have experience in sales (Retail, Hospitality, or others), business development, account management, or outbound calling, this role could be ideal for you.A day in the life of a Business Development ManagerTravel and engage directly with employers and promote job seekers to prospective employers, moving away from traditional office settings.Develop and sustain employer and community networks.Collaborate with Employment Consultants to facilitate participant employment placements.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.Maintain compliance and update our database regularly.Be rewarded for your successPerformance is central to our culture, motivating us to assist more people.
