Reporting to the Head of Operations, you''ll lead with strategy, performance coaching, and a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities include: Lead and evolve telemarketing operations across Australia and offshore sites Develop flexible campaign structures that allow seamless project transitions Partner with marketing and events teams to ensure campaign alignment Drive recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development Optimise workflows and integrate tools like Hubspot and Aircall Monitor team KPIs and performance through data insights and audits Collaborate with clients, building trust through clear, proactive communication Ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld across marketsIdeal Candidate:Were looking for someone whos sharp, adaptable, and ready to scale with us.
