Head of Optimisation / Continuous ImprovementA major industrial organisation with a history stretching back over a century and a portfolio of trusted, long-standing clients, is seeking a Head of Optimisation.This is a newly created leadership role as they are now backed by a global infrastructure investment firm and the organisation is undergoing a significant transformation to drive strategic growth.This role will report into the C-suite and will work very closely with Program Director and senior leaders within engineering, safety, sustainability and the sites.Youll lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale equipment replacement programs, operational efficiency initiatives, and site automation strategies.
