Youll be at the forefront of transformative initiatives, championing collaboration, continuous improvement and accountability while building a culture of ambition and achievement.If this is you, seize the opportunity and step into the new financial year with impact, shape the future and be a driving force behind our next chapter of success.Key Responsibilities:Financial Performance: Oversee State Core Commercial budget management, performance and resource allocation.Operational Delivery & Excellence: Lead monthly team meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance, quality, consistency and continuous improvement in valuation practices.Strategic Implementation: Support execution of strategic initiatives and business plans, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on nationally significant projects aligned with the Core Commercial Growth Strategy.Service Leadership: Champion a strong internal service culture, ensuring responsiveness to both operational and strategic needs across the organisation.Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exceeding client expectations, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of business priorities.Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs to uplift operational standards and promote excellence at both local and national levels.Innovation & Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, identifying and reporting on key success metrics to drive operational performance.Risk & Governance: Promote a safety-first culture and ensure best practice systems and frameworks are embedded to mitigate risk.Leadership & Culture: Support the development of a high-performing, values-aligned team culture that embraces change, collaboration, and continuous learning.Talent Development & Growth: Mentor and develop team members, actively support succession planning and lead efforts to grow the teams capability and capacity in alignment with business needs, ensuring consistent delivery standards and a strong leadership pipeline across the division.Market Presence: Actively build a strong professional profile and market presence to enhance influence and contribute to organisational growth.About You:You are driven by a mindset of continuous improvement, a commitment to excellence and leading high-performing teams. If you''re already leading and developing a high-performing teams, or you are staying connected to the field while mentoring others, you lead by examplesetting high standards through your own actions and expertise.
