The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support all ASIC team members.The Culture, Engagement & Equity team leads key strategic people functions to align the work of the broader People & Culture team to the People strategy. The team encompasses culture, organisational development, leadership, remuneration and benefits, performance development, diversity, inclusion & belonging and employee relations.The roleReporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role will lead the delivery of major programs within the People Strategy and provide strategic expertise across people related initiatives and matters.You Will Be Accountable ForLeading and aligning key HR strategic functionsEnsuring seamless coordination and alignment between the centre of excellence and the operational areas to effectively and consistently implement organisational development strategies and initiatives.Offering specialist technical advice on human resource and risk related issues.Managing, budgets, resources, and risk frameworks to drive efficiency, ensure business continuity, and support organisational goals.About YouThe successful candidate will have significant senior HR leadership experience, with proven success in driving cultural change and fostering employee engagement.You Will Also DemonstrateExperience leading and working across a range of contemporary end-to-end people and culture practices.Experience leading change management processes and organisational transformation.Influential communication skills and the ability to confidently advise senior leadership on broad-ranging people & culture related issues.Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, drive efficiencies, and shape HR strategies.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Law, or a related business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
