Highrise Talent is partnering with a innovative and dynamic property investment and development group, seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee their mixed portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets located in Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs.This is not a typical commercial asset management role. You will have the opportunity to work with the best in the business, have real impact and drive growth in their portfolio on behalf of this property groups sophisticated private investors. We are looking for professionals that can think outside the box, be dynamic and nimble, whilst also remaining professional and thorough with exceptional attention to detail.Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategies and policies for property management. Oversee property management team including Senior and Assistant Commercial Property Manager, as well as Trust Accountant Manage portfolio of 7 key assets across Commercial, Retail and Industrial Evaluate financial performance and oversee budgeting for property operations. Work in conjunction with senior management to ensure property management aligns with the organization''s objectives.Requirements: A Bachelor''s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Significant experience in property management, demonstrating a successful history in leadership positions. Comprehensive knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
