With over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate, OPS Care connects participants, support providers, and property owners to ensure every home is safe, purpose-built, and fully aligned with NDIS standards.Key Responsibilities:Property Management & Maintenance:Conduct detailed Entry Condition Reports prior to participant move-in, ensuring properties meet SDA and NDIS compliance standards. Complete comprehensive Exit Condition Reports upon participant move-out.Conducting routine property inspections and maintaining the property in good repair, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.Maintain accurate and thorough property condition records to support compliance, owner reporting, and tenancy management.Maintaining positive relationships with landlords.Following up with NDIS for SDA payments if needed.Occupancy and Tenant Relations:Building positive relationships with tenants and their Care Team.Addressing tenant needs and concerns promptly and empathetically.Ensuring tenants'' rights to establish their preferred living arrangements.Compliance and Governance:Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NDIS and SDA policies and regulations.Ensuring the property and management practices comply with NDIS and SDA requirements.Managing registration of SDA properties and maintaining accurate data.Ensuring all documentation and reporting is up-to-date and compliant.Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of property management experience OR 2+ years of experience as a support coordinator or within the NDIS sector is a plus.Comfortable with travel across greater Melbourne region.Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Ability to manage occasional after-hours or overtime requirements.Valid drivers license and reliable vehicleSalary & Benefits:$100,000 annual salary + superOngoing training and professional development in the growing SDA/NDIS property sectorSupportive team environment with real career growth potentialUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
