Youll be a key link between our brand and our loyal customer base, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping our vibrant communities informed and engaged.This role is part time/four days per week and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about genuine customer engagement, strong communication, and building lasting customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportRespond to customer service queries via email, social media, and other channelsAssist with tracking orders, returns, and product-related questionsSupport the Senior Operations Coordinator with escalated issues when neededAssist with tracking orders, returns, and product-related questionsProcess returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in line with company policiesCommunity CommunicationMonitor, engage and respond with our online communities (e.g. Facebook Lovers Group, Kickstarter comments, Instagram)Gather and report on community feedback to relevant internal teamsFlag emerging issues or feedback themes from the community for internal reviewRelationship CoordinationHelp foster a strong relationship between the brand and its loyal supportersCoordinate responses to reviews, testimonials, and community contributionsInternal CollaborationWork closely with all departments to ensure accurate and timely communicationAssist with content for FAQs, knowledge bases, and other support documentationParticipate in weekly team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesOther ad hoc tasksSkills & AttributesStrong written and verbal communication skillsEmpathy and customer-first mindsetExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesConfidence in using digital tools such as Gmail workspace and Meta platforms.Desirable to have experience with Podium & KlayvioMinimum 3 years experience in a customer service &/or community-facing role is essentialExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of or enthusiasm for Australian-made products, cookware, or sustainable living is a bonusLove of food and cookingWhy Join Us?At Solidteknics, youll be part of a small but mighty team working to change the way people cook, for good.
