This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Soundbridge Financial Services as a Client Services Paraplanner. In this full-time, office-based role in Nambour, QLD, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning support to our Financial Advisers and clients.The roleProvide primary client service support to Senior Adviser in NambourPreparation and timely delivery of high-quality advice documents in consultation with AdvisersProduct and investment research, including liaison with external providers as requiredQuality control of final documents, including compliance requirements.Maintaining and updating client records and informationAssisting with the implementation and ongoing management of client strategiesManaging your workflow to ensure timely advice delivery.Collaborating with the wider financial planning team to deliver exceptional client outcomesWhat we''re looking forAt least 2 years'' experience in a paraplanning or client services role within the financial planning industryStrong technical knowledge of financial planning strategies, products and legislationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, welcoming and friendly demeanorExceptional accuracy and attention to detail, problem solving skillsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve resultsAbility to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, and work to demanding deadlines.What we offerFull-time + Fortnightly RDOIn-house training and external study encouraged as part of your professional development plan.The opportunity is immediately available.Salary is based on the successful candidate''s skills and experienceAbout usSoundbridge Financial Services is a boutique financial planning business that provides broad-based financial advice solutions and ongoing advice to our clients with a strong presence in regional Queensland.We pride ourselves on our wealth of knowledge, helping our clients to achieve their financial goals and live their best lives for over 40 years.
