This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to be part of a dynamic culinary team delivering exceptional Mediterranean cuisine.Key duties Greeting customers : Welcoming customers and directing them to tables Taking orders : Taking orders from customers and entering them into a system Serving food and drinks : Serving food and drinks to customers Preparing bills : Preparing bills and processing payments Ensuring customer satisfaction : Checking on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and beverages Maintaining cleanliness : Maintaining cleanliness standards Restocking supplies : Restocking working stations with needed supplies Helping bus tables : Helping bus tables, returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen Providing menu suggestions : Offering menu suggestions and answering customer questionsAdditional duties Maintaining knowledge of menu items and restaurant specials Working with colleagues to fulfill food orders Attending meetings with managers to learn about menu changes and specials Opening bottles and pouring beveragesWhat you''ll be doing Assist in menu development and implementation of new recipes Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional customer service Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant through your wine and beverage expertiseWhat we''re looking for Significant experience as a waiter or bar attendant Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong knowledge of food safety, responsible liquor service and hygiene practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality dishes and beverages and exceptional customer serviceWhat we offerAt Hellenic Hospitality, we are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
