We are now seeking a dedicated representative to join us in the field.Who Were Looking ForA hands-on tradie at heart perhaps a former carpenter, DIY enthusiast, labourer, or site supervisor seeking a role off the tools. You know timber inside and out and can easily communicate with site workers, hardware store staff, or DIYers. You enjoy helping others find the right timber solutions and are ready to connect your timber expertise with customer service.The RoleAs our Technical Field Representative, you will be the primary contact for our products at stores like Bowens and Mitre 10. Your duties include visiting stores, conducting product knowledge sessions, supporting in-store events, and advising trade customers on timber care solutions.What Youll BringCarpentry or trade experience (e.g., carpenter, builders labourer, fencing/decking contractor, DIY enthusiast)Practical experience with timber and finishesStrong communication skills and confidence engaging with staff and tradiesSelf-motivated and well-organized, capable of working independentlyCurrent drivers license and willingness to travel regularlyDay-to-DayVisit key stores across VIC to support staff and trade customersProvide informal education and advice on timber treatments and productsAssist with store promotions, displays, and events such as demo daysEnhance customer understanding and product visibilityRepresent Preschem actively in-store as the local expertAdditional InformationSalary: $70,000 $85,000 + vehicle expensesThis is a 12-month contract with the potential for ongoing employment.This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
