We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.Position OverviewThe Manager, Vendor Management is responsible for the end-to-end vendor management process, developing plans, selecting preferred and qualified vendors, review existing vendor strategy, and evaluating current third-party relationships to ensure they align to CCMs strategic objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the vendor management function, including onboarding, performance evaluation, contract compliance, and issue resolution.Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, KPIs, and SLAS to ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational goals.Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to support vendor selection, negotiations, and renewal.Monitor regulatory and risk requirements related to third party vendors and ensure CCM is continually in compliance.Identify opportunities to streamline vendor related processes and reduce costs; recommend and implement updates to processes and policies.Maintain accurate and up to date vendor records and reporting dashboards.Facilitate regular vendor business reviews and manage escalations.Support the continuous improvement of vendor management policies and procedures.Qualifications And SkillsBachelors Degree or equivalent related experience.2+ years of experience in vendor management.Experience in the mortgage industry, preferred.Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.Skilled in managing multiple project schedules and deliverables.Skilled in collaboration and working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in taking initiative and working independently.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
